I think that the picture was grey`t and shows how close we are to our fids. The posting of pictures is a sharing of who we are as humans and caregivers to the awesome parrots we share our life with.

If I saw a picture of a parrot being abused that would be a differant story

Oh Penny please continue to post about Nilah and the others. I love to see your headstrong zon and how you deal with her. She is a character all of her own and I love her antics. A little rebel so to say. I don't know which is more of a challenge your Nilah or my Louie. Want to swap zons for a week and see what happens???? LOL!!!!

 

Wouldn't that be fun! But I think you'd be giving Nilah back in a couple of days! She's like having a 2 year old around, constant supervision on my part. ShEs learning now though, all I have to do is say her name in a stern voice and she stops what she is doing and runs away, but don't think that's the end, she comes back time and time again testing me! Lol

That's a feisty amazon for you. Nilah sounds a lot like my Louie. Louie knows when he is a bad boy and stops but he keeps coming back for more!!! I think my zon is more energetic than my greys. He is always busy and moving when he is not eating!!!!! LOL!!!
