Talon
As cute as it is, I can't bring myself to watch that video. There are so many things wrong with that...bird way to close to the dog whomhas an internal wild instinct adding birds, allowing that bird to walk on the stove and reaching to a pan sitting on a burner.....yes, it's off and cooled, but that is only teaching a bird that a stove and pan is OKAY. But what about the one time, you blink, your bird flies to it and it's too late. I know how quickly that can happen from experience. Thanks for sharing Judy so this hopefully will be a lesson to all of what NOT to do.
Ray P
The one thing I would to say about the video is that, that dog knows what side of his bread the butter is on. Take care of the bird and the bird will take care of me.

Malikah
It's soo sweet. But yeah, not on the stove, and the dog germs. But it's so sweet. Thanks for sharing Judy!
katana600
I have to admit, I was holding my breath when the dog's tender nose was so close to a sharp beak, but it was a tender moment of the two sharing, no pun intended.

kins2321@yahoo.com
RayP LOL! I totally agree! I thought the dog was doing quite well, and I would have praised the behavior. Sophie just gives Ollie peanuts instead of noodles. I felt there was a relationship, that should be encouraged. My dogs have that relationship with the birds. Dogs are encouraged to protect the birds and vice versa. It has worked for years, and they protect each other. Nancy
birdhouse
Thanks for posting the adorable video, Judy. The stove part made me cringe a little, but otherwise this brought back a flood of sweet memories.
