Totally new....

I just had an african grey parrot move into my house. I have no knowledge of these birds. I fell in love the first 5 min.... I am on day 4. My parrot is a rescue mission of sorts. I have no clue what I am doing and I was hoping to get some tips or information to help me. I have a ton of questions and dont even know where to start.

Welcome indeed, please ck your house for some dangerous items first-things to not use now you have a bird. Anything with Teflon-cookware, some space heaters some hair dryers. Candles and any aerosol sprays. Do use your patience and let this Grey bird slowly build trust and work his or her way deeper into your heart.

We totally need more information. Like how did you acquire this Grey and why? What kind of set up do you have? How many other people are in your household, and that kind of thing. The more we know about you, the better we can advise.
