Agreed...Nutri-Berries are great treats, but only treats. I personally use RoudyBush organic Pellets. My vet recommends RoudyBush to parronts as well.

When I had fids they weren't fans of Nutriberries. I didn't feed them seeds so I used it as a treat. I would take a small piece of banana, peach or a slice of peeled grape and roll it in the seed. They really enjoyed that treat and it was much less expensive.

Sounds great, thank you. I have a big bucket of them. I give her a limited supply of them per day (probably 4-6 total) and I break them up before feeding them..

Personally I do not feed Nutriberries. I used to but not anymore even though they are Vet approved. Do look at the ingredient list and you may understand why I've chosen not too. As mentioned, they also aren't meant to be used as a staple.

Merely an *occasional* treat.

so glad i came across this thread.. i just recently added these into his daily regiment (his diet is very varied, there is no 'staple'), but now it's still not too late to phase this out quickly to a 'treat status'
