Hi, Has anyone used this kind of paint from Michaels craft store?

What are you going to use it for? If on a shirt or soething like that, it should be fine especially if you do it in another room.

Whenever you're trying to find out about possible product hazards, you can pull a Material Safety Data Sheet. Just google "msds whateverproduct". That will give you a semi-understandable list of possible health & handling concerns as required to be published by the government.

Doesn't look like there's anything scary about this one. Assuming this is fid related, I'd just apply it in another room to be safe & not let them eat it.

My parrot stand has a little bit rusty at the edge. I only need a small amount of paint to cover that. I guess it's not the one then thank you
