CLB
This topic came up on another thread so I was encouraged to post so that we may all have a reference. Cinnamon has lots of great health benefits, but how much is too much? A sprinkle on fresh food to preserve freshness in warm weather seems reasonable, however, can my CAG enjoy an occasional cinnamon stick? If so, does anyone know about actual consumption? Like so many other items that birds simply "chew up and spit out" would cinnamon sticks be a suitable option or is there concern about ingesting too much? Inquiring minds want to know.....
