i watched your meatloaf video and im going to try that minus the bell-peppers (i cant stand bell peppers in meatloaf :-) ) and smoker, I have one but its wood fired and its too cold out to be messing with it .

i made your meatloaf over the weekend and it was awesome. I think the difference is the Worcestershire sauce, I have never used that in a meatloaf.
