Does anyone know if this cookware is safe for birds

Hello,

I am looking for a good christmas present for the house this year. And I want to get some safe non-stick cookware.

Does anyone know if ceramic marble coated cookware is safe for birds?

The base of the cookware is aluminum but it's also coated with ceramic which normally is fine but concerning that item, the most important description on it says that it's NON-STICK which means that it's coated with Teflon which is the main product that's very bad for birds. You can try heavy duty aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel. There's other types that arent\'t NON-STICK.

how about these? Says non stick but no where mentions teflon.

Luvparrots-when I looked those pans up I found very mixed reviews...how well do they work for you? I'm trying to find alternatives to my traditional non-stick pans.

I love my orgreenic pan and fry my sunnyside eggs in it all the time. The coating is non-toxic, non-stick ceramic. Cleans up very nicely.
