To those with outdoor cages/aviaries...

To anyone who has outdoor cages - how do you transport the bird from the home to the outdoor cage without risking them flying off?

We have a large cage on wheels that we roll out the door. It is a cage though, and not an aviary.

Just saw this post... I use a small plastic dog carrier. At first it was hard to get Babalu inside, I had to take the top off then put him inside. Now he knows the carrier means going outside and he will let me put him right in it. Of course I always give him a treat too
