jodi_odo
I re-homed a 3 year old CAG that I was told didn't speak! Well, guess what, he does now! He has said "peek-a-boo" and today he said "Hi Shyloh"! I've only had him home about a week and he has been a complete delight! He does several whistles and mimics noises as well as kissing sounds! I am very happy with him, he has been a wonderful bird so far!
danmcq
He was just waiting for the right person to give the privilege of saying his first public spoken words. Congrats!!! Edited October 7, 2011 by danmcq

katana600
He may not have been speaking, but he has been listening. What an honor he has bestowed upon you to trust you enough to do his talking with you so quickly. The best is yet to come.
jodi_odo
Wow, just in the past couple of days..Shyloh has been saying new words and even some phrases! He speaks quietly until he gets it right, then will say them more loudly! He says, "what'cha doin'", "Hello" and "what a good bird", just to name a few that I heard just minutes ago! He says more and tries new ones all the time! I am so very thrilled with this! My kids have also been enjoying teaching him new sounds. If he's in his chatty mood, when the phone rings, he will ring too! It's great!
