parrot14
years ago I had two black capped lories, they were very tame and i could even let them outside without worrying they'll escape. Then, the moment comes... I heard that a person contracted with avian influenza, and he lived just about 1 kilos away from my home. This dragged my wife's attention very much. She worried that the spreading of infectious desease could potentially harm us, and especially at that time we're expecting our second baby. So sad to let the lories went out to another home... I gave them to my friend who lived much away from the area.... even they left us, the love remains. Now I heard both had died from a bacterial infection, my love still remain for my sweetest lories... hommer and maggie
judygram
Such beautiful birds, so sorry to hear they passed but they will forever be in your heart for the love you shared with them, may they fly freely over the rainbow bridge.
