Dave007
Hi Hal9000. What are the ingredients in the dark bread? http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=How+to+Make+Dark+Bread&qpvt=How+to+Make+Dark+Bread&FORM=VDRE# Janet, I prefer the dark banana bread with walnut chips in it. Let me know when it's ready. Do it right this time. Edited September 14, 2011 by Dave007
HAL9000
I don't know. It's a regular dark bread, rye maybe. He likes white bread too, but crazy about dark one.
judygram
If its whole wheat or whole grain it is better than white so if he loves it then by all means let him have it.
Greywings
Could it be Pumpernickel? If so it is a multigrain complex bread and should not be a hazard as long as it is balanced with other foods such as dark leafy greens ect. Do read the label for sodium, and sugar content we need to keep both of those low.
