Carrier - recommendations?

I will pick up my grey in two weeks. I need to buy a carrier for the trip (1.5 hour drive). Any recommendations?

It depends on what you want and how you will use it. I have two types one that is enclosed which I use to take a parrot to the avian vet in:

Eventually, I will need to get a carrier that will fit under an airplane seat. But at this point, I am primarily concerned with bringing my TAG home from the breeder and going to the vet.

Pak O Bird from Celltei sells a specially designed carrier for in cabin airline travel. Not cheap, but most people seem very pleased with their products.
