judygram Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Your friend needs to find a vet somewhere, I don't know what country you are in but he may have to travel a distance to find one, no one here is a vet and we do not like to make guesses, sorry we cannot be of help to your friend but I hope he finds help ASAP.
