I have terrible experience when a cat attempts to chase jerry, my SC. While we were walking around the neighborhood< jerry seemed to be bored and flew home. At that time were almost reached my home (about 50 meters) so she knew the way home. Getting home first, jerry perched in her cage, and I walked after. A cat was crouching and eyed on her, it's ready to snatch... I was shock for a while then rush and shout to frighten the cat.. but jerry was panic too and fly away..... I used the emergency call I've been training her this far, and thank God it works. Hence, I will not let my parrots outside without a close supervision. A lesson's finally learned.
