He doesn't want his formula.

For the last two days he's been reluctant to take all his formula at all his feedings. Yesterday I was gone for most of the day and only returned to feed him at 4 and then I had to go out again. I usually give him vegetables in the afternoons, but not yesterday.

Last night all he wanted to do was cuddle. I think he had about 40cc because I kept insisting. Then we went to the sofa where he slept under my chin for about an hour.

This morning he only had about 20cc's. I cooked him a green bean, a piece of broccoli and a piece of carrot. He ate as long as I was there and kept reheating them, but not all of it. Sometimes he just swallows them whole. I think he's gonna be a stubborn little guy.

My question is, how do I know if he is getting enough food?

Also, I read somewhere that when they start eating on their own their crops don't grow as much.

He loves cheerios! Is too much bad for him? He can't yet break apart the small seeds but he picks at the millet.

Right now he's in the bottom of his cage making all kinds of sounds. He's beginning to get really vocal. He's looks very happy right now and content. He's been practicing his sounds. I'm dying to know what his first word will be.

I will try to post a video of what he's doing when I'm feeding him.
