Got my cage, what a nightmare but it's a sign things are getting closer!

Sure, it can be turned around however the bowls face the front now but if I turn the rail around they will face the back.

 

Ginny at A&E has been great and understands the importance of customer service. It's not really A&E's fault but they are taking care of the situation. I am happy with my purchase, love the quality and customer service!

 

I would buy A&E again.

 

I reieved my replacement parts today. I'm waiting on the play top rail that will be mailed next week.
