DinoUndies
This is a question for everybody who is willing to answer. What do you feed your birds, how much and when? I'm thinking of giving my grey pellets in the morning, until I come back home, and then switching it for a mash if I made any. I don't know how much of each I'd have to give him, though xP Sound good? :3 Thanks in advance for all the answers, I bet it'll be helpful for a lot of beginners like me >w<
judygram
Birds snack and eat all day so leave pellets in one bowl and some seed mix with nuts and such in another bowl all day so they can eat when they want. Lots of us do feed our birds first thing in the morning with some fresh foods and then in the evening some more fresh foods which will have to be removed in a couple of hours before it spoils but it is important to have food available at all times. DinoUndies
I'm thinking of, if I didn't make any mash, simply giving them fresh fruits and veggies. That would be accompanied by pellets, of course. If I give them the mash, however, should there also be pellets in the cage? Hopefully he doesn't take too much of a liking to the pellets in that case >w<
InfamousAlice
I always keep a supply of pellet and seed mix in the cage and usually give a "fresh meal" two or three times a day depending on my schedule. Oatmeal mash in the morning, veggies/fruit in the middle of the day and usually a little of whatever I'm making for dinner.
