Morning

When I woke up this morning there was drizzle, clouds just kind of a yuck day. I could hear Corky singing in the other room and than I heard Cricket trying to sing in her off key attempt at music.

She sounded so happy with her noisy attempt at music and was just singing away on this yuck day.

Cricket welcomes each day rain or shine with her rendition of music.

It started my day with a smile

The fids always brighten my day especially here lately when it has rained so much and dampened our spirits along with the ground but calls, chirps, whistles and chatting bring a smile to my face.

Judy, if you're tired of that rain, send it our way. We could use it.

 

I love to wake up listening to Moussa muttering to himself. Lately, it's been a monologue about water. "Want some water?" is his new favorite thing to say.

There is something magical about hearing the chats and whistles coming from the next room to awaken me to a new day. I am so happy that all of you understand because you are living in the same dream state that I am.
