rEsage
I have read that eyes turn color earlier then others. I bought a grey from a reputable breeder/shop owner Marc Morrone. If you google him you may recognize who he is. He personally helped me with picking out my grey. He said my grey was 12 weeks old (3 months) and his eyes seem to be light yellow with a darker yellow around the edge. Some pics below.
Shoulderin
My grey was born 9/30/10 and her eyes turned that color about the same age. I posted a question about it and was informed that the timeline for eye color changes varies quite a bit.
judygram
That grey does look like it is a little older than 3 months, maybe 6 months or so, at 3 months the eyes are still very much black.
Luvparrots
If you purchased your grey from a reputable pet store/breeder you should have a "hatch certificate" of sorts. My Ana Grey's (TAG) eyes started changing earlier "than on the chart" I really didn't worry about it as every bird is different. In fact that is a "baby" picture (around 5 months old) in my avatar. I personally picked her up at the breeders at 4 months old and met all her siblings. She looks very different now. animalINSPIRED
The older Grey above (Spinner's Gabi) is about 3 1/2 months in that picture. Her eyes are definitely darker than your Grey, but I'm sure there is a range of normal eye colors at that age.
