fidsandfrats Posted January 19, 2011 Share Posted January 19, 2011 In introduced Chili is my 8 month old male double yellow head Amazon yesterday. I may have mentioned that Chili is very (very) layed back and doesn't seem to get excited about anything (excited as in I just gotta have that food or that toy, etc., etc). As a result I have been slow to try to begin training him. Also, he is not crazy about being pet so I can't use petting as a reward either. Ray P Posted January 19, 2011 Share Posted January 19, 2011 I gess I can`t help much on training other than makeing sure she does the step up command so we can play and move her around. Most of our time is spent just doing things together as a family and haveing fun. She does talk a little and has started to play with toys that she never had befor.
