Help with picky eaters

My birds are NOT treat motivated for trick training and I cant get them to eat vegetables and yummy things like they did before I got them are they not truly happy with me or is it maby something else?

I have a baby and he is motivated by me scrathing his head and having a stick to chew on. The only treat he has shown any interest in is a pine nut. It's truly a crap shoot and you just have to try different things. What works for one grey doesn't work for the next.
