We almost never see beautiful sights like that here in Central Texas. But we do have plenty of deer.

Now what causes that swirling in the water, inquiring minds want to know and yes we have lots of deer here too, in fact I have them in my yard almost daily.

An eddy current in the water. I see the deer in your photo, sometimes see them in the evening or early morning here too.

Oh they can be larger than a large dog!

Thanks, Judy. A buck's maybe 5-1/2' tall without antlers, around here. I've been picturing little, miniature deer running around since I heard that.
