hbalkhi
We all know that parrots get bored so fast; Specially greys... But it seems that Aoodi doesn't like to play with her toys.. Why? Is it something I should be worrying about? I know she needs to feel comfortable to play with them... But the toys are with her for almost 7-8 months. She touches them.. But she never ever plays and have fun with them. Thank you.
Luvparrots
Ana Grey doesn't play with her toys all that much either. I don't worry about it as she is always into something or pestering one of my other fids. When she does play with her toys, she usually chews them all to pieces!!!! hbalkhi
Hmm.. Aoodi also tries to chew our cockatiels. But I always keep them away from each other, since one bite from Aoodi can take off a cockatiel's leg or something.
judygram
Have you tried different kinds of toys, wood, acrylic or leather as there are many different types of toys, some greys like one kind over another and sometimes it takes some rotating and trying to find the ones your grey might prefer. Most greys love nothing better than a heavy bell to clang and beat around, I know Josey does. Some are attracted to bright colors or textures so experiment to see if Adooi shows some interest in a particular kind.
