Hi All,

 

When i give Ollie toast, how much of a slice can he actually have, im presuming i dont put anything on it all though i have been told by someone that i can put a peanut butter on it with low salt i think he said?

We give or fids 1/4 to 1/2 slice GOOD whole wheat, yes, Peanut butter is great, you can also put Almond butter....Jayd

Haha, strangely enough, i dont like peanut butter. Its the texture of the nuts you see, i love the taste of salted peanutes etc, however i cant stand the texture when you bite them lol

Well you toast some whole wheat bread, put peanut butter on half for Ollie and lots of butter on your half and go for it.

Maybe a fourth of a slice daily, if not daily then you could go with a half slice.

I give my 2 a finger of wholemeal toast every morning spread with palm fruit extract Yummy for them with some health benefits too

Is there a good place online to order palm fruit extract? The only thing palm I've been able to find was canned hearts of palm.

You can order red palm oil from www.swansonsvitamins.com as they have the best prices, not sure about the extract but the red palm oil is from the nuts they eat in their natural habitat.

Can Ollie eat any peanut butter or one thats low fat? just checked the cupboard and i have somthing called 'Sunpat' which is peanut butter basically (Im im the UK) can he have this?

I don't know what "Sunpat" is but maybe if you shared the ingredients with us we might be able to make a judgment about it.
