lovethatgrey
Today I purchased my first fresh figs of the season this year. Emma and Sachi really digged them alot last year. I was afraid they may have forgotten that they had liked them and we'd have to start from the Beginning. They BOTH remembered. They're a bit expensive over here but I love fresh figs and highly recommend them as a treat! Birdnut
It's so cool when you hit on something that they really love. It's fun to watch them eat with such gusto.
Azzie
What is a fig?? Never heard of one here in Ireland... We are way behind on cool stuff over here!! LOL A fig is an exotic fruit, native to the hotter countries around the mediterranean and further east. Can't say I've ever come across a fresh one, but the dried ones look like giant dead bugs heehee.
Aly~
I live in West Virginia and I have 3 Fig trees. I love them! I guess I'll have to start sharing them with Rebel.
caleigha
Emma has such manners. Maybe she could come over our house and teach Chili how to eat over the bowl like that. We have a fig tree too and Chili loves the fruit. I was at the farmer's market the other day and picked up a jar of fig jelly. I have it on my toast in the mornings - it is soooo yummy!!
