Georgiesmum Posted July 2, 2010 Share Posted July 2, 2010 We have just book a holiday for October to Playa del ingles and i seen somewhere online that they have a park there called Palmitos Park which has over 200 different species of parrots among other things. So i can not wait to visit. You get to hold them too as far as I know Has any one here been to this park? If so i would love to here about it Here is a pic i found on the internet ... Its a fab park with hundreds of different types of birds & parrots Make sure to bring good walking shoes with you cos the place is massive. I have loads of pics from Palmitos Park, but none on my computer.....sorry about that. There's a Birds of Prey show, a Parrot Show, a Dolphin Show and lots more. You'll have a great day ! It was great I even got to hold a hyacinth macaw (my fav of all the parrots). I have a pic which i shall upload for ye when i get a chance. It was great seeing lots of parrot species that i had never seen in real life before...
