Fostering is a joy and sadness at the same time. God bless you for doing this highly important job of being the loving resting place for these creatures in need of a good and caring home.

 

It's always tough to let each one go on to their new home.

He is a beautiful bird and I guess you could say I am "fostering" a bird right now, I found a cockatiel that I took in but I have been unsuccessful in finding his owners so he/she may be staying with me, I wasn't looking for another bird but this one showed up and I wasn't about to let him/her become dinner for another animal. I would reluctantly give him up if the owners show up but it looks more and more like I need to find a proper cage for the one he is in now is small.
