Tenting Tonight in the Old Campground

Hi all. This may be a dumb question, but, do greys like to sleep in tents?

 

Most of our other birds love their sleeping tents. I have noticed on the larger tents that greys are one of the birds listed as appropriate for that tent.

My grey slept in hers when I first got her at 4 months old. But after a couple of months, she just ignored it so I removed it from her cage. My ekkie never did like his. All birds are different, you might give a tent a try and see if your bird likes it.

My sun conure uses hers but I have never provided one for Josey my grey, I doubt that she would use it, probably would be so scared of it if I put it in her cage but it seems some greys do like and use them.

my grey hates it and will have nothing to do with it but hahns macaw will climb around it but thats as far as it goes unless i put him in it and he will stay looking out for a while.
