lovethatgrey Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 Here are 2 photos I took of Emma a few minutes ago. She just came out of the shower. She came home VERY dusty yesterday. When she was wet I was able to see how thin she had gotten. It made me a bit sad, but you guys are very correct. They are very resilient. Her droppings are looking normal today, and she is still quite hungry. She is very very calm, talkative and even seems to have come back home with ALOT more confidence. I will be letting her eat whatever she wants and whenever she wants for a good while. I feel a bit sad that there's a 2 day gap between us. I really wish I knew what kinds of things she had seen. No more Dora the Explorer for Emma.
dw310 Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 Awwwww.She's sooooo sweet. It is so good to see her back at home with you and all her toys.
Joolesgreyuk Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 OMG Adina, she is more beautiful than ever, you would never know she had been out on the razzle LOL. Don't worry about her she just needs a little TLC ;-)
judygram Posted June 14, 2010 Posted June 14, 2010 I can imagine she was very hungry, I took in a cockatiel almost a week ago and when I caught it and put it in a cage it went straight for the food and ate and ate and ate, I thought it was never going to stop eating but it did slow down and Emma will too, you may never know what she encountered in those two days but it must not have been anything really scarey or she would show some effects from it, she had a little adventure on her own and the last I hope. She looks in fine shape just like you said.
lovethatgrey Posted June 19, 2010 Author Posted June 19, 2010 Thanks guys!! I'm so relieved that she is home too!
