Flight went awry ....

Cocoa making an S-shape flight rather than her usual straight line flight.

As I was approaching Cocoa after her 'S' flight, she flew to me instead of perching on the bar which she normally did. I assumed that she didn't want to play on the bar anymore. I took her to the nearby bench to rest for awhile before proceeding with the last flight. She took off as usual in her last set of flying exercise for the evening. As she was approaching the bar Cocoa didn't want to land and she flew away from it. The line then entangled to a tree and she flew zig zag and the line got caught in another tree and she crashed into my daughter who was sitting on the bench.

 

I quickly ran to her rescue and removed the line. I let her settle down before going home.

Scary time for her and you , glad all is well now. something was just not right in her world.

Something sure spooked her, you may not have noticed anything but she certainly did and she looks wary in some of the shots you took afterward but thanks for sharing them with us.

What a very scary afternoon for Cocoa. There must have been some predator around that Cocoa could sense. I'm so glad she is safe and alright.
