The Associated Humane Societies has been caring for the birds since they were removed from a Belleville home in March. They include canaries, parakeets, finches, parrots, cockatiels and conures. They will be given only to adoptive owners who can prove they are and able to care for them properly. The Humane Societies also is seeking volunteers to help clean cages, feed and water the birds at its facility in Tinton Falls.
judygram
Sadly this happens all too frequently with some people who hoard birds but I hope each and every one is placed with a new forever family, thanks Samantha for posting it here, maybe some members who live in the New Jersey area will take hint please. Greywings
Who knows may have been a breeder. Just dizzying thinking of all those birds waiting for homes and most likely not real handleable.
