What physical changes to expect as our babies age?

I've been wondering what physical change take place as a baby grey ages & matures.

 

When I look at photos of other greys, I always think that older greys look different to mine, I know the eyes change color but what else changes?

I think the eyes are the main thing and maybe the way they stand, I think mature greys tend to stand a little straighter, they just look mature, other than the eyes I really can't pinpoint a physical difference but the difference is there.

Including what Judy said, to me, after a year old they lose their "softness look", and as they get older they look "Regal" and "Proud"!!!!

When I compare Issac to videos of older Greys, I notice more deliberate movement and more assertive noise making (and talking as well) in older birds.

What the others said and when the boys get older they grow a beard and the females get boobs.

 

Just kidding, their tails also molt out and replaced with solid red feathers.

Yeah everyone else pretty much hit the nail on the head. Its so much fun to watch them grow and mature.
