So sorry to about your loss. Really can't tell you about the cracker unless it was stuck in the throat. Call your vet and ask him if grahams are bad for parrots. Chin up.

Oh my, I am so sorry to hear of your loss but I couldn't imagine a graham cracker could cause death for a grey unless like Dave said it got stuck in his throat, you must be devastated but why not talk to your vet about it. Please accept my condolenses on your loss.

How old was your Grey, if you don't mind my asking?

 

The only way to truly find the cause, would be to take your Grey to a vet and have a necropsy performed.

Not likely to have been the Graham Cracker but I also support the idea of having your Vet perform the Necropsy then you will know what went wrong. Did you just find him dead or did you find him before that? What a tough day to face sorry to hear of your loss.
