pearllyn Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 (edited) After not saying anything new for a wee while, Alfie has started coming out with one or two new words. Here is a short clip of her favourite (and mine!) at the moment! Hope you and yours are all well. Lyn & Alfie xx Edited April 12, 2010 by pearllyn
Janfromboone Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 Love the interplay of feminine "sweetheart" and then "Good girl" in a masculine voice. Tobie still has only one voice.
Luvparrots Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 How very sweet Alfie sounds when she is saying sweetheart! I noticed the different voices also! Great job Alfie! You are definitely a little sweetheart!!
pearllyn Posted April 12, 2010 Author Posted April 12, 2010 I swear, when I'm I'm not looking, sometimes she sounds so like David I don't know it's not him. I think she sounds more like David than me. She has her own little voice too and uses that sometimes, and I've heard her do Davids mother once! Thanks for looking ladies!
JillyBeanz Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 OMG - she's so clear and SO Scottish! That is absolutely unbelievable! She's coming on leaps and bounds - great video Lyn. If I had a karma button it would be pressed for you
danmcq Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 Alfie is truly picking up both your voices very well. What a sweetheart! :-) Thanks for sharing this.
judygram Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 Alfie is such a sweetheart and a good girl, at least that is what she says but that was cute, very cute, thanks for sharing that with us.

pearllyn Posted April 13, 2010 Author Posted April 13, 2010 OMG - she's so clear and SO Scottish! Goodness Jill, I hadn't noticed that but she does a bit. Thanks for looking folks - she is supersweet when she feels like it!
Elvenking Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 I love to hear them talk. I keep doing association with Issac. I can hear him practice when he is in his chatty mood. If he ever says a word, I'll faint. Super cute video, thanks for sharing.
pearllyn Posted April 13, 2010 Author Posted April 13, 2010 If he ever says a word, I'll faint. Super cute video, thanks for sharing. Hahaha Stephen, you mean "when" don't you? "when he ever says a word"! Just a matter of time matey!!
Elvenking Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 Hahaha Stephen, you mean "when" don't you? "when he ever says a word"! Just a matter of time matey!! Then I have a scheduled fainting coming I was the same way with my daughter, wondering if and how she would ever talk. But...one of her first words was 'Daddy'. I also refer to myself as 'Daddy' to Issac when i talk to him.
Greywings Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 I love her broge, she has such a way with words.
pearllyn Posted April 14, 2010 Author Posted April 14, 2010 Thanks folks - she is sooo enchanting to listen to. I can't tell you the amount of housework I don't get done!! Love her to bits!
