hveusnthbrige
What's the average timing most of your Greys have begun their first molt? My tiels started at 3 months old and the other at 5 months old. Mirek is 3 months now but totally different from a Cockatiel so I'm curious when to expect it. The odd bit of baby down still falls out from time to time but no signs of new pins or molted feathers on the floor yet. No real importance at all, just wondering. judygram
Mirek should not be going thru a molt for a while yet, I believe around 8 months is the first one, and it may not be a complete molt, where all the feathers are replaced but just some and then some more later. BTW, nice avatar, Geoff, I like it.
