african grey shaped cake

okay i am nuts..

 

and i want to make Pepper an african grey shaped cake for her birthday.

 

which isnt until July 4th LOL but oh well. I was looking for some ideas.

 

I want it to look like a parrot and just have a red tail etc, but does anyone have any input on how i could do this and make it into a cake she can eat?!

I am sure if you googled it you would find something but I am thinking you may have to piece it together to get the shape you want but one thing is for sure, I want to see a picture of this cake when you make it.
