;) All our fid's are *Abundantly fed*, given more then they would ever eat and changed often. We blend with "Volkman Sunless" seed mix: flax seed, [spock only, sunflower seeds hulled], almonds, Brazil, filbert, peanuts[shelled],sesame seeds[hulled],pumpkin seeds, and Nutra-berry's. All the fids smash consists of: sweet potato, carrots, organic peanut butter, [one at a time] apple sauce, pear and/or banana. [This is how we give them there palm oil] Their mash consist of all these items but not at the same time: couscous, orzo,[trying oatmeal]seven-grain hot cereal, quinoua, legumes, balsamic brn rice, yellow and green split peas, lentils. We also blend: [we grow these veggies]chard, collards, mustard greens, kale, broccoli, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, [we don't grow] carrots,chayote,cauliflower,sugar-snap peas and green-beans, some corn on cob.beans, squash[winter, zucchini, yellow, butternut,] There fruit in moderation:pears, apple, orange, pomegranate, grapes, true berry's,bananas, cantaloupe dried papaya and mango's. their treats besides whats mentioned above are: Salt free pretzels, toast, yogurt/sesame/peanut balls. Our daily food prep time exceeds 2 hour's, all is fresh. Our 2 Too's eat 50% pellets. We have tired every brand of pellets on earth more than once, we tired Harrison's 3 times this year alone. Most our fid's are "rescue or re-home and that makes it hard. I know we forgot something, we love watching them enjoy themselves... Jay and Maggie
