lovethatgrey
Today I put raw rapini, carrot and cauliflower in my mini food processor. Afterwards.. I combined the above mixture with frozen sweet corn, chopped apple, jalapeno peppers, chopped walnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds for a foraging experience. The second picture is what the finished product looks like. This is typical of what Sachi and Emma receive in the afternoon {Feel-good-00020114}

judygram
What a fine looking mash, Emma and Sachi are two very lucky fids to have mom make them this for afternoon snacks, I will have to try this for it looks like it would be a winner with our birds. Thanks Judy. You can use which ever vegetables are in season or in your fridge. I process each of the raw vegetables separately.
