pictures don't show up.

I thought maybe if I tried posting a pic here it would work. I'm just having no luck getting any pics posted. I 've tried just about everything and all of you have been very helpful, but nothing seems to work. I have gone into paint and reduced the size, I joined photo bucket but when I insert the img info into the correct area and hit submit, nothing happens. I think I am going to give up. I feel bad as I have some really interesting pics that i'd love to share. When i put the image code in, there is no way to upload it. Is there something wrong that I'm doing? I have read several times how to post photos, but it's just not working. here is the code
