danmcq Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 I have been following Sid's blog and site for a while. He is a great guy with a ton of experience in training birds. So I thought I would share this link for those of you that might also want to follow his writings, stories and experiences. http://avianambassadors.com/BirdTraining/
particle77 Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 Good blog, I follow it also, and he's taken the time to respond to questions I had in the past.
danmcq Posted January 10, 2010 Author Posted January 10, 2010 Yeah, I was surprised at his responsiveness also. But, when he is on the road, sometimes it is a day or two. :-)
JillyBeanz Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 Thanks for this Dan - I was really interested in the blog about the different clothes scaring his bird - this is never something I've thought of - approaching Harvey with a hat on etc. I've put this in my favourites - very interesting read
Spinner Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Thanks Dan! I had forgotten about Sid's blog and his training site - it's definitely the right way to approach interaction with our birds. I do wish he posted more often - can't get enough of it
SidPrice Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Thank you everone for your kind words, I also wish I had more time to post to the blog. It takes quite a few hours to write and edit an article and I don't seem to find many of those hours these days. May I take this chance to let you know that I am available for speaking engaements at clubs around the USA. I have a new web site about the seminars. http://www.behaviorandtraining.com. Again, many thanks and Happy New Year to all! Sid.
