Anyways, I got a new grill for christmas.. it is a Cuisinart Griddler Combo (http://www.cuisinart.com/products/grills/gr-55.html) I tried searching to see if it contains Teflon but couldn't find any info. My Mom said she called Cuisinart and they said it doesn't contain PTFE, but for all I know it could be some kid that just got hired there, stating that... judygram Posted December 26, 2009 Share Posted December 26, 2009 I looked at the website but couldn't find anything about whether it was teflon or not but I would have to assume if it says non-stick it is teflon, there are other newer products that are bird safe but they are more costly so I would assume it was unsafe, my opinion.
