Bernie - mine has been really slow tonight too - and work today was really bad (imagine the size of that server)!

Julie, the only reason we stay with Sky is because it is free - up here we have such terrible telephone lines that we get such a restricted service of less than one whatever the thing is!!

I have given them an option to fix it by there deadline of 14 days that is till monday, or the 2 year contract is finnished and if they try to get out of it I will take them to court and they will incur all expences.

Yahoooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! I sorted it MYSELF! by

re routing all the wires, took all day.

I cant see why it cant come down the same lines as SKY and BT, but they never told me that, I cut the phone line to the house and re wired the whole lot.

So I am back, {sorry} but they are not getting off the hook :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:
