Gizmo_efc
When you're eating unhealthy 'adult food' and your Grey wants some, do you feel guilty when you don't give them some? I'm sat here eating a chippy meal and Gimo is attacking his toys with anger because i'm not giving him any because it's not good for him.
Luvparrots
I sometimes give a bit of things that aren't particularly good for my grey to her. Just a teeny, tiny bite. Like a bit of potato chip or cake.
ramsabi
I went through 4 phases with Rishi 1. Shared junk food with him. 2. Stopped giving it to him and felt guilty about it. 3. Continued to eat in his presence but the guilt feelings were suppressed. 4. Now when I eat food that I know is not good for him, I do not eat it in his presence !!! JillyBeanz
Harvey loves chips! It's okay to give them "junk food" now and then - Harvey loves chips (and a bit of the fish if you take the batter off - he doesn't like batter)! What's the old saying "A little bit of what you fancy"

Greywings
Greys can be prone to heart disease and liver disease like so many humans so limiting those junky snacks does help them live a longer and healthier life. Like us more fresh veggies are a good thing but not always what we want.
