Stuffed toys

Is it okay to let them play with toys that have stuffing in them with no beads? Can the stuffing hurt them?

You don't want them eating any stuffed animal stuffing. A lot of it is foam or styrofoam beads or small plastic beads. There are so many toys made just for parrots or small pets why give them anything else?

Janet has a good point - anything else would need to be watched very closely - i wouldn't want to take the risk!

That is a good point I just thought I read of people letting their birds play with stuffed animals. It's not worth the risk though. Thank you
