I received my order yesterday and I buy Kaytee pellets in HUGE bags. When I opened the box the bag was split and had been taped up - and the contents had spilled into the box. As you can agree, I wasn't going to feed Harvey ANYTHING that was already opened. I emailed Midland Parrots and told them of my plight. I have today received an email telling me to dispose of the sack and they will send me another one - the sack handle had come off when lifted out of storage.
