dhorje Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 It's not easy to put the harness on Mocha. I had to struggle for more than 5 min to put it on. After putting the harness on, Mocha tried to fly away many times and crashed onto the floor. After awhile, Mocha settled down a bit and I cautiously took him outdoor. I just walked a few steps outside my house. I was afraid Mocha would take off anytime without warning. To my surprise, Mocha stood still on my finger and enjoyed the walk and the new surroundings. We had a wonderful short walk.
judygram Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 Yes you did Sanggay, he was very curious to just look around at the new surroundings or new to him surroundings I should say, thanks for sharing that with us and can't wait to see when he gets to fly outside.
Luvparrots Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Hooray for Mocha!! He is certainly very curious about the outdoors. Thanks for sharing Mocha's first outing with us. I can't wait to see him flying around the park!
JillyBeanz Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 His face is a picture - he's saying "hey, what am I doing out here - mmm, I think I might like it here". Great video - Mocha's beautiful xx
Janfromboone Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Love his expression. The way he naturally holds his beak open made him look like he was just so amazed. He kept looking up at the sky - was he looking for hawks or was he just so amazed at how high the ceiling is?
Tycos_mom Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 He really is enjoying his walk thats for sure.
