Introducing Greys?

So today I'm going to rescue another Grey. This one is an unsexed baby, about 3 years old. I met him last week and he let me scratch him everywhere and then started regurgitating for me. He is so desperate to be loved it's not even funny. Anyhow so I'm bringing him home today. I have his cage and everything set up already in a different room than my bird room I have at home. After Q, I'm just wondering how I should go about introducing him. I am trying to avoid jealousy issues if at all possible, is there anyone that might have some pointers as to how to go about it?

I don't introduce my birds. Yes they can see each other but they are all allowed there own out time with me and never together. Guess I am a chicken cause way to many things can go wrong.

But Im sure someone well come along that has done this or does do this.

Just don't push them together, have them in the same room but not close, they will eventually get used to each other but probably not friends. My grey, Josey and my sun Conure, Sunny, don't like each other and sometimes I have both of them on my shoulder at the same time but I keep them separated, one on each shoulder. Sunny likes to sneak up on Josey and try to pick a fight and nip at her, she can be a little pain at times.
