If you have not ordered yet... hold off. there are customer issues at theperch.net which is causing a big backlog of orders. They have a thread on the forum warning customers of this.... Now coral won't have harrison's for a while..... urgh....

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, you can dispute the charge.

you really don't want to order anything from the Perch at this time , I ordered some perches from them, them is Joey the owner on September 25 and he gladly took the money from my credit card on September 26th wellll I haven't recieved anything yet and you can forget about email or phone calls he isn't takeing either so I'am trying to wait it out because I have ordered from the perch before with no trouble but if I do not recieve my order by 10-25 I will be calling my credit card back and try to get this order taken off hopefully my order will arrive before then

Paypal will allow me to dispute as soon as I give him 7 days to prove he won't. So, this coming tuesday, I will file a formal dispute. Wish me luck!
