glitterysparkle
Here's a little tip- something I wish I had thought of earlier- I bought small glass pinch(prep) bowls and they fit inside Sephora's stainless steel dishes perfectly. They are heavy and she does not try to pick them up. They are also pyrex...you can buy a pack of 4 for 5 bucks at walmart. This way I change out her dish glass"liners" daily- helps with the stuck on mash. toss the dirty into the dishwasher. no cleanup for me, and she has a fresh water and food bowl everyday:)
judygram
I would be careful of those glass bowls, she might not be taking them out now but if she ever did and broke it then you could have a disaster on your hands, better to have extra stainless steel bowls that you can switch out. Luvparrots
I pop my fids ceramic food crocks in hot water and vinegar to wash them. I have extras so I can have a set in the cage and a set in the wash.
rbpittman
I had the shop order extra bowls to fit my cages when I got each cage - one for the cage, one for the wash - safe and easy to keep clean - and I use regular dish soap but rinse very well and dry as soon as done washing.
